Conditions at 40 Tyndall and 60 Tyndall

We "publicly condemned" these two buildings in the Summer of 2003. In September and October of 2004 we went back to check on the situation and document current conditions. We found things at 60 Tyndall were much worse. Tenants complained about the common areas, floors, walls, ceilings, plumbing, lack of heat, hot water and security, and a host of other issues in their buildings. See for yourself! Click on each picture for a larger version. These photos are from both 40 and 60 Tyndall, but most are from 60 Tyndall.

We've also added a selection of comments we received from tenants when we were checking out the buildings in September and October (quotes are not necessarily from the tenants in the units featured in the photos).
